Upper Hunter Shire Council has prepared a draft Customer Service Strategy which aims to achieve ongoing improvements in customer service delivery across Council.
The draft Strategy can be downloaded below, or viewed at Council’s Offices at 135 Liverpool Street, Scone, 42 Vennacher Street, Merriwa and 47 Mayne Street, Murrurundi during normal business hours.
Written submissions are invited from members of the public, and should be addressed to the General Manager, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org , posted to Upper Hunter Shire Council, PO Box 208 Scone NSW 2337, or submitted in the comment section below.
Submissions will be accepted until 4.00pm Thursday 9 March 2017.
