The Community Grants Program has been supported by Coal & Allied's Community Development fund since 2008. To date the partnership program has supported more than 80 community groups and assisted in bringing almost
$2 million to the Upper Hunter Shire.
The Community Grants Program works with community groups to help them plan their projects, find funding sources and prepare grant applications.
