The Upper Hunter Local Environmental Plan 2013 (LEP) has been gazetted by the NSW Government and is now in force.
This LEP replaces the Scone Local Environmental Plan 1986, Merriwa Local Environmental Plan 1992 and the Murrurundi Local Environmental Plan 1993 and applies to all land in the Upper Hunter Shire and regulates land use and development within prescribed land use zones.
