Council's Ordinary Meetings are generally held in the Council Chambers, Scone on the last Monday of each month. The exception is the April Ordinary Meeting which is held in the Council Chambers, Merriwa. All meetings commence at 5.00pm. Public participation is scheduled at the beginning of each meeting. If you would like to address Council on a current agenda item please complete the form below and submit by 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Agenda is replaced by the Minutes after each meeting. They are published here as open access information in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA).
