The Community Strategic Plan is a document required to be prepared and adopted by each Council in NSW in accordance with the Local Government Amendment (Planning and Reporting) Act, 2009.
The requirement is a 10 plus year Community Strategic Plan, linked by resourcing strategies to outcomes through Council's Delivery Program and Operational Plan - replacing the Management Planning process.
