Council's Workforce Management Plan involves the development of workplace strategies to ensure that Council has the right number of people with the right skills in the right jobs at the right time. It also aims to provide Council with the people best able to inform its strategic direction, develop innovative approaches to complex issues and deliver appropriate services consistently, effectively and efficiently. Council's Workforce Management Plan is available at Council's offices located in Merriwa, Murrurndi and Scone and is published here as open access information in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA).
