Many treasures were revealed in last year’s Roadshow including valuable art and jewellery, original land grant maps, war memorabilia and an original Albert Namatjira painting.
Well-known ABC personality and antique valuer Tom Thompson is returning, in addition to Peter Carlin of Haydon Hall, Murrurundi and a new face this year, Jackie Bayne from Dungog Antiques and Collectables.
Collector’s Roadshow is a collaboration between Upper Hunter Shire Council, Murrurundi Arts Council, Merriwa Senior Citizens and Pensioners Association, CWA branches in Merriwa and Murrurundi, and Senior Citizens Scone.
