Water restrictions in Murrurundi have been lifted until further notice.
Level 1 restrictions had been in place since Tuesday 3 May 2016.
Upper Hunter Shire Council General Manager Waid Crockett said the recent rain had been enough to raise the Murrurundi Dam level to over the 7.5 metre level and therefore lift restrictions.
