Upper Hunter Shire Council offer a wheel in, wheel out service on compassionate grounds.

The service aims to assist residents who are physically unable to wheel the kerbside bins out for collection and are unable to receive assistance from a nearby relative or neighbour. To apply, download and complete the Wheel In, Wheel Out Service application form and email it to council@upperhunter.nsw.gov.au or hand it in at any Council administration centre.
