CancelledAqua Aerobics for Seniors - Merriwa

Seniors in Scone and Merriwa are invited to take part in free aquaerobics classes designed to promote fitness, social connection, and a healthy lifestyle. These classes, funded through the Connecting Seniors Grant, are an excellent way to enjoy low-impact exercise in a friendly and supportive environment.

Classes will commence next week at the following times and locations:

• Mondays at 5:00 pm, Merriwa Pool
• Tuesdays at 5:30 pm, Scone Pool
• Saturdays at 11:15 am, Scone Pool

There is no cost to participate, and no booking is required—simply come along and join in. Places may fill quickly, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot.
