October brings Mental Health Month, and we’re hosting a Wellness Expo to help you connect with the fantastic mental health services available in the Upper Hunter. The event will be filled with resources, support, and positive vibes for the community.
Enjoy insightful talks and breathwork sessions from Talk2mebro and Mates in Mining, with chances to catch them both in the morning and afternoon. Wander through service stalls offering valuable information and freebies. Stay fuelled with a BBQ lunch and coffee van, and enjoy calming art workshops to help you unwind.
With this year’s theme, “Let’s talk about it”, we’re all about encouraging open conversations about mental health.
