ANZAC Day Services – Firday, 25th April 2025 

Join us in honouring our heroes at various ANZAC Day services happening across the Upper Hunter Shire. Please see the schedule below for times and locations:

 Aberdeen:
5.40am – Dawn Service at Memorial, Moray Street (followed by breakfast)
9.30am – Morning Service at Aberdeen RSL & Citizens Club

 Merriwa:
5.30am – Dawn Service at Cenotaph (corner of Bettington & Marquet Streets)
10.30am – Parade from corner of Bow & Bettington Streets
10.45am – Main Service at Cenotaph

 Murrurundi:
6.00am – Dawn Service at Memorial Gates (New England Highway)
10.45am – March from Adelaide Street to Memorial Gates
11.00am – Commemoration Service at Memorial Gates
1.00pm – Lunch at Murrurundi Bowling Club

 Scone:
5.30am – Assemble for 6.00am Dawn Service at War Memorial (near Swimming Pool)
10.30am – Assemble for 11.00am Main Commemoration Service
March along Guernsey Street to Scone RSL Club following the service

 Gundy:
8.30am – March assembles at Linga Longa Hotel
9.00am – Service at Gundy Soldiers Memorial Hall

 Cassilis:
10.45am – March assembles at corner of Branksome and Ancrum Streets
Wreath Laying Ceremony at War Memorial Park Gates
