Statement of Environmental Effects - Minor Development

A Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) is required on all development applications. It examines the impact of the proposal and how these impacts can be minimised. Fees must be paid at the time of lodgement. Quote may be obtained by phone or at Council offices. Applications can be lodged in person at one of Council’s offices during business hours, or by post.
