Development Control Plan (DCP)

A Development Control Plan (DCP) provides detailed planning and design guidelines for new development, supplementing the provisions of the Upper Hunter Local Environmental Plan 2013.

When determining a development application, the Council (or other relevant consent authority) will take into consideration the extent to which any applicable objectives or development outcomes specified by the DCP will be satisfied or achieved.
