Upper Hunter Shire Council is acquiring the land at 54A Barton Street, Scone (Lot 1 DP 1275541). In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council intends to classify this parcel of land as Operational land.
Public submissions on the proposed classification are welcome and should be addressed to the General Manager, Upper Hunter Shire Council, PO BOX 208, Scone 2337 or via email at council@upperhunter.nsw.gov.au.
The consultation period begins on Friday 3 November 2023 and submissions must be received by 4pm on Friday 1 December 2023.
