Terms and Conditions for the “WeLiveHere Card” Survey Draw

 

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the Upper Hunter Shire who complete the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) survey, either digitally or via a physical copy. Only one entry per person is allowed. To qualify, participants must provide accurate contact details in the survey form. Residency will be verified by a current driver’s licence or similar proof of address. Duplicate entries may lead to disqualification.

2. Entry Period

The entry period begins at the launch of the survey on 12 November 2024 and closes at midnight on 7 February 2025.

Only surveys completed and submitted by the closing date will be eligible for the prize draw.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the CSP survey, either online or in physical form at designated locations.

Surveys must be completed with accurate information; incomplete or invalid entries will not qualify.

4. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 WeLiveHere Card, which can be used at participating local businesses.

The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the consultation period ends on 7 February 2025.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the consultation close.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their survey entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Privacy

All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in accordance with Upper Hunter Shire Council’s privacy policy.

Survey responses remain confidential and are used only for CSP consultation purposes.

7. General Conditions

Upper Hunter Shire Council reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Council reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
