Proposal: Designated Development - Modification for Extension of Quarry life for existing hard rock quarry by 25 years from 22 August 2019 and enable haulage up to the originally approved extraction rate of 75,000 tonnes per annum, at up to 30 laden trucks per day.
Any person may make a written submission to Council with respect to the development application. This must be done within the notice period listed above. A submission objecting to the development must set out the grounds of the objection. If you have made a reportable political donation or gift to Council (including Councillors or employees) within the 2 year period prior to making a submission, you must disclose this in your submission or in a statement accompanying it.
