EOI – Lease of Commercial Property in Scone

Upper Hunter Shire Council are currently seeking a tenant for their vacant commercial property (office) at Shop 6B, Campbell’s Corner 167 Kelly St Scone. Lease starting with availability from 9 July, 2024.

Selection Criteria

  1. The tenant can propose rent amount for Council to consider
  2. Council does not have to accept the highest rent
  3. Council does not have to accept the longest lease
  4. Council may negotiate further with the successful applicant(s)
  5. Applications must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Friday 5 July 2024.
