Proposed amendments to 2024-2025 Fees and Charges

Upper Hunter Shire Council is proposing to amend its 2024-25 Fees and Charges as follows:

 In addition to the above amendments, it is proposed to remove the following wording under the heading ‘Developer Contributions’ (page 15):

“(For development consents granted before 27th March 2017 refer to the former S94 and S64 Development Plans for contributions structure)”

The former S94 and S64 Development Contributions Plans have been superseded by the current plans and are no longer applicable. Therefore, reference to the former plans should be removed from the Fees and Charges Schedule.

All submissions must be received by COB Monday, 13 January 2025.
