Hunter Partners in Recovery

The Service aims to facilitate the recovery of people with severe and persistent mental illness and complex needs by connecting them more effectively to the services and supports they need.  The Service is partnered with Benevolent Society, Brighter Futures. 

Referrals can be made on-line or by phone.
