Development Application No. 230/2022 for a subdivision of one (1) lot into 92 lots at 38 Barton Street, Scone (Lot 30 DP 1280096) was granted consent by Council on 29 July 2024, subject to entering into a Planning Agreement. A draft planning agreement between Upper Hunter Shire Council and Scone Rise Pty Ltd as the land developer has been prepared in respect of the Scone Rise Residential Subdivision.
